Valtti merges with Advania and gains more muscle – New acquisition also taking place right away

Corporate acquisition between Advania and Valtti has been finalized after the approval of public officials. This means that Valtti merges with Advania.

The merge means that we can offer our customers a wider service selection and a growing expertise in IT and in digital services. Together the companies will start building a more customer focused future and grow.

Advania and Valtti have strongly compatible strategies with each other. Combined with each other the companies’ pro forma sales in 2021 were about 78 million euros and the number of employees after the merge is about 330 professionals. The CEO of Valtti Atte Kekkonen will become the new Country CEO.

With its size the new company will be a considerable operator in Finland. It will provide modern services for information security, end user services, hybrid cloud solutions, and the utilization of the whole Microsoft system. In addition, Advania consults and develops solutions for modern digital work business.

Advania grows fast – The latest company acquisition expands the AV and presentation technology services

 Advania has bought Edutaito Oy. By buying Edutaito Advania reinforces its service selection in information and communication technology systems. The Head of Modern Work Timo Drachman states there to be a high demand on audiovisual and presentation technology solutions in the public and private sectors.

 ”New interactive and networked AV service entities will become more imporant especially among the new wellbeing services counties”, states Drachman. ”Sound and image will become more prominent part of the IT entities in the future. Edutaito has a strong expertise and a long experience in creating presentation technology solutions for meeting rooms, hybrid spaces, big event spaces, and for self-service stations.”

 

Advania is able to deliver more comprehensive services that include the design and documentation of the full service, equipment deliveries, and a top notch support and maintenance services.
