Founded in 1924, Viipurilainen Kotileipomo has grown from a small bakery into a company with approximately EUR 10 million in annual revenue. As growth accelerated in 2025, a need emerged for an IT partner that could support the smooth scaling of the business.

According to Mikko Malmberg, Business Unit Director, Advania Fokus, all Viipurilainen locations now have firewalls and a managed internal network in place. File management and email services were built on top of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure, bringing clarity and efficiency to daily operations. At the same time, the entire IT environment was documented—having a clear understanding of what the infrastructure includes is a key part of controlled growth.
