The platform is based on the technology architecture defined by Microsoft, with the Semantic Kernel at its core , enabling multiple AI models and systems to work together. Azure services will enable a wide range of competing AI services to be used securely within the EU.

Practical solutions are based on one-stop-shop Agents, i.e. AI and automation solutions specialised for different organisational tasks and processes.

Adaptability: end-users can always deploy Agents with the right knowledge and skills for the job, according to their situation.
Expertise: agents' understanding is limited to selected topics, eliminating redundancies and improving the quality of responses.
Integrability: Agents can be connected to external systems to perform tasks and monitor processes.
